Dietitians Australia calls on candidates in the 2023 NSW election to increase access to Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) across the health system and to improve the delivery of Home Enteral Nutrition services. We also call on the government to invest in prevention and to establish a food security and nutrition plan and council.
By improving access to dietitians and nutritious foods we can improve health across the state and reduce the burden and cost of illness.
