This By-law details how we manage complaints about Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) and members of Dietitians Australia who are not APDs.

Dietitians Australia has adopted this By-law to ensure that there is a fair and transparent process, based on principles of natural justice, of determining complaints of breaches of professional standards.
