In your recent media release, I note that you are supporting the need for appropriate and dedicated support services for eating disorders as well as sponsoring the e-petition calling on the ACT Government to improve access to the Eating Disorders Program, support services and a refresh of the Position Statement, as well as concern over the timeline for the new proposed clinic.

These issues are very important to Dietitians Australia, and we also support these calls for more action in this area. We also call for equity and greater access to dietetic services in the prevention and treatment of disordered eating and eating disorders.
