Advertising provides information and/or opportunities to members on a variety of products, services, and activities. We are committed to ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to members. Advertisers are asked to complete a declaration form when submitting material for approval.

We do not engage in corporate partnerships with companies within or related to food manufacturing and food industry associations. Our corporate partnership program ended in 2018.

There are opportunities to get involved in our annual Dietitians Australia conference as a sponsor or exhibitor.

Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are also available for events held by our Branches and Interest Groups. These events cover a range of topics from all fields of dietetics.

As an event sponsor or exhibitor you will showcase your products and services to the dietitian community.

Nutrition & Dietetics is Australia’s leading peer-reviewed journal in its field.

Research activities and surveys

We can help to promote research activities and surveys to our members.

Communication and distribution of surveys may be via our:

• weekly member email
• direct messaging to specific groups of members
• post on our member platform, Share Plate
• at Branch or Interest Group (IG) meetings

A fee will apply.

Website listings

Our member portal includes classifieds for our members to find information on:

• other industry events
• jobs available
• practice rooms for rent or sale

The classifieds can only be viewed by our members.

Industry events

To promote your event it must be organised by a member or if a member is speaking at the event. Events cannot compete with Education Centre courses, events or products. Corporate companies cannot pay to advertise. All events are subject to approval.

To submit an event, please email marketing@dietitiansaustralia.org.au with the following:

• Name of event/course
• Organisation name
• Format - face to face (please provide venue name) or online
• Date
• URL to register for the event or to obtain more information

Positions vacant

You can advertise positions vacant to our members. A position may be advertised for up to 3 months.
